If the answering machine is on, do not leave your order on the machine. Please either call back or leave your name/phone number on the machine. Be sure to speak slowly and clearly so that I can return your call.

Delivery times vary depending on what you order and which shipping option you choose. It will also vary depending on the shipping company's current work conditions. As such, the delivery times below are only estimates. They are not hard fast rules or guaranteed times, just the typical minimum amount of time you should wait before becoming concerned about your order.

For Kits, In-Stock Supplies, & Production List items: Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for Delivery with the regular shipping option, especially if using snailmail to place the order. Usually, orders are shipped faster than that, but I'm a stay-at-home mom and this is a cottage industry. This delivery schedule allows me to work around personal obligations and the unexpected disaster. If you have to have faster service, email me for availability/cost. If you choose the cheaper Regular USA Shipping Option, please be prepared to give me the full 4-6 weeks as described above.

Note: If your order contains any custom tack, delivery of your entire order may be delayed until the custom tack is completed. If you request two shipments, you will need to pay two shipping fees.

Conditions of guarantee: If the item is unsatisfactory, return it within 10 days of receipt for refund. Your money, less postage and handling, will be cheerfully refunded. Items that are extremely customized (e.g. initials, logos, extreme custom fitting) may be subject to a non-refundable fee. Inquire at time of purchase. Note: Customer made alterations VOID this guarantee.

At the discretion of The Unicorn Woman, photos may be taken of any items created by The Unicorn Woman. These photos become part of the Unicorn Woman's personal artistic intellectual property. The Unicorn Woman retains all promotional & advertising rights to these photos, as well as the right to use such photos as illustrations in published works WITHOUT compensation, notification, or credit to the current (or any subsequent) owner of the physical item. These photos may also be submitted to artist shows where the artist's personal work is being judged. These photos will not, however, be entered in regular competitive events or model horse shows, unless such right is reserved specifically at the time of sale.

Note: All due diligence will be performed to insure props, model horses, and other elements in a photo displaying work by the Unicorn Woman are properly credited to any additional artist(s) involved and that the appropriate permission from the artist(s) was obtained.

Circumstances have forced me to discontinue the Customer Appreciation Plan. If you purchased tack from me between 1995 and 2000 and believe you were close to earning the coupon, >. I'll double-check my records and get back with you. :)

The Unicorn Woman is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or share your information, except as follows:

• as necessary to complete your business transaction. For example, we must submit your credit card number to the merchant clearing house for your charge to be made.

Color Group 1: No color choice available. Item shipped will be from current color stock.

Color Group 2:Black; Peanut (brown); Whiskey (brown); Brandy (red brown); Saddle Tan (orange brown/russet), Unfinished Brown, Unfinished Natural

• Note 1: Natural is not used on English Tack items.
• Note 2: Unfinished Colors will be sealed upon completion of tack item.

Color Group 3: Natural, Black, Lt. Brown, Brown, Dk. Brown, Saddle Tan, Cordovan, Antique Brown, Antique Black.

All tack is designed for Breyer Models. However, the Unicorn Woman will fit any model horse down to Little Bits (1/24 scale). The following code is used in the catalog:

• TR = Traditional Breyers (1/9 to 1/10 scale) and Stone Model Horse (large sized)
  
• CL = Classic Breyers (1/12 scale)
  
• LB - Little Bits Breyers (1/24 scale) and Stone Pebbles
  

For Non-Breyer/Stone horses, fee is generally the price listed for the size closest to the horse to be fitted. However, first as Artist Resins and other non-Breyer or Stone Model horses require custom fitting. This requires a custom fitting sheet to be completed; may also require the model horse in question to be sent to the to The Unicorn Woman for fitting; and may involve a non-refundable fitting fee.

If model is taller than 12" at withers, write for a special price quote.
